Yes these are the stats but the Lakers as a team are better than the Cavs. Kobe had a lot of help therefore he didn't have to out shine the rest of the team. James doesn't have near the help as Kobe does, therefore James had to take matters onto himself. And you did say "Kobe is known as a much better outside shooter, yet he is only a fraction better from 3-point range than LeBron (34 percent to 32 percent)." Well your stats prove that all of Jame's stats are ONLY a fraction better. Why don't you look at the overall picture. When the Lakers and the Cavs played eachother, Kobe literally shut down James, and you can't say the same about James shutting down Kobe.
